1. Our Point
The Impossible Mission Army Force Nation, is a government program designed to get IMAF citizens involved and have a say in big decisions. It handles IMAF departments, servers, congress, leaders, and votes.

Current leader: Flippy – Main Owner
President of the IMAF: JordFan – Owner
Head Congressman: Tiny Ronan – Owner

3. Government Positions
Commander-in-Chief (Leader):
- Job: Makes big, important decisions, makes sure the government is ship shape, and leads the IMAF.
- Term longevity: The leader keeps their position forever, as long as they don’t resign, retire, or are impeached by IMAF Congress.
- He/she can be impeached. 3/4 of the IMAF must agree, and 2/3 of the IMAF congress must agree.
- If he/she is impeached, an election is held to decide the leader of IMAF. The elections will be held by the IMAF president.
* To be eligible to run for IMAF, your rank must be above the Owner point.
President (JordFan)
- Job: Makes sure all IMAF citizens are safe, and manages servers. Ex. Tell people to back off if they think they own a IMAF server.
- Term longevity: The President keeps their position forever, as long as they don’t resign, retire, or are impeached by IMAF Leader.
- He/she can be impeached. 3/4 of the IMAF must agree, and 2/3 of the IMAF congress must agree.
- If he/she is impeached, an election is held to decide the leader of IMAF.
- The president may pass or veto a law, merge, or other rules.
Head Congressman (Tiny Ronan):
- Manages Alliances.
- Hires/fires congressmen.
- Makes any changes on the Nations page if needed.
3.Congress:
- Job: Oversees and maintains his/her server by:
1. Making sure that his/her server’s patrol group patrols his/her server in a group of 2 or more people at least once a day.
2. Helps patrol his/her server.
3. Gives a status report of his/her server every other day.
4. Deal with rogue armies invading his/her server, and other issues concerning his/her server.
- Term longevity: Until Impeached or retired.
- He/she can be impeached. 3/4 of the IMAF must agree, and 2/3 of the congress must approve.
- If he/she is impeached, an election is held to decide the new governor of his/her server.
- Any IMAF citizen is eligible to run for Congress as long as they are over the moderator line.
Congress:
- Number of People in Congress: 7
- Number of People in Council:4
- Job: When there is a vote for a major bill to pass, if the IMAF votes in favor of yes, the decision then goes to the congressmen who must approve of the bill. For the bill to be approved, 2/3 of the Congress must agree to it.
- Term longevity: Until retired or impeached.
- A congress man may be impeached if ½ of the IMAF congress agrees.
- If he/she is impeached, an election is held to decide who will replace the congress that was impeached.
- Any IMAF citizen is eligible to run for congressman if they are above the rank Officer.
Citizen:
- A regular IMAF member who hasn’t been elected for anything.
- A IMAF citizen may not be able to vote in the congress polls.

4. Elections
IMAF Congress elections:
- Occurrence: Every 4 months
- Number of congressman elected: 1 per server
- How it works: Each candidate may post , and then all of the candidates are put into a poll for the server they are running for. Whoever gets the most votes wins and becomes governor of that server.
- Speech: The speech for running as an IMAF congressman must be on the current post. When the elections are here, the comment will be copied and pasted on the polls post.
* Who is eligible to run? Any IMAF citizen above Cadet.

Entrance Policy:
Allies, IMAF troops, and anyone else but enemy armies can enter IMAF servers. No armies can set up a base there unless given a land grant. The IMAF Hotel site http://TheUIMAF.wordpress.com

6. Departments
Patrol Department:
The patrol department is the department of IMAF patrol officers. Each patrol officer is assigned a server to patrol and is put into that patrol group with several other patrol officers who form a “patrol team.”
The units are divided by divisions.

- Those high ranked IMAF soldiers will choose their comrades to patrol.

LAWS:
#1: To declare war on the IMAF, we must be notified or the war will be called a “No-Game” No-Game means that the army does not win or lose. If they take over our server it will not count due to the #1 rule.
#2: If an army wants to be allies, we must first see what or how they are doing, and will depend. Then on the site if approved, they will be our allies. Or they maye declined. when this happens there will be a poll on what to do.
#3: If a IMAF soldier retires, they may not say the IMAF password, and may be held back to be re-activated.
#4: For accusing someone for a betraying crime, or spy, the witness must have proof viewable by others. Then the issue will be on our Supreme court.
#5: On the Supreme court, there shall be NO mods. Only guests, members and owners. Any inappropriate stuff will be deleted and that person will be banned for 1 hour(s).
#5 Part 2: If the criminal(or the person accused) does not show up without an excuse, he will be contact privately to discuss this issue. Also, leaving a court session will not be allowed without an excuse.
#6: If our server is taken over, we must find a new one, or take over another one.
#7: People who joined the IMAF must be royal to others and be active.
#6: Anyone who leaves must comment on a post saying “I will retire from the IMAF” if not, the law will be broken.
#9: For ANY treaties broken, we will fight, or discuss it.
#9 Part 2: If a treaty is wished to be canceled, you must take to the IMAF leader about it.
# 10: For wars, if the enemy has only 1 person left and we have 3 or more, we win.
